It deserves its 3 stars. A mini fridge bar, a heating system and a radio available in the queen room.

Breakfast was good and the reception staff was helpful. Booked triple room, that included a mini-bar, a multi-channel TV and a study table. Perfectly located hotel. Btw, it's not too far from city centre. Easy walk to pizzeria dal pascia, where you can have lunch.

We ate at Birreria Lungomare, which is only 400 m away, it suited our needs. Stay there and enjoy your Viareggio city break. In love with eden

the setting was excellent here. our favourite hotel in viareggio, staff was helpful. we appreciated the fact that we chose eden.
